Does the human species need a flag and / or emblem????

My design:

3 circles: one containing the Americas, on the left side of the flag, one containing Europe / Africa, in the center of the flag, one containing Asia / Australasia, on the right side of the flag. The circles represent the creativity and quest of knowledge associated with humans.

A cross: the horizontal bar goes through the 3 circles, extending all the way from the left side of the flag to the right side of the flag, and the vertical bar goes through the middle circle, extending all the way from the top of the flag to the bottom of the flag. The cross means unity of humans and expansion to new territories.

Also, the cross appears in the “background”, in the sense that it does not obscure the circles and what’s contained in them.

Images That Inspire Creativity

images that inspire creativity
What inspires your creativity?

I’ve hit a bit of a slump in my life creatively. I love to draw and paint, but haven’t been able to pick up a pencil or brush for a long time. I have beautiful images just waiting to be put out there for the world to see, but the thought of failure stops me in my tracks. I know all the positive thoughts, and how you only fail if you don’t try..etc. But, seriously, how do you look at that blank canvans and put some color on it? How do I get over the fear of perfection? I get so worked up about doing a piece only to spend hours on it, and love it. Then get so far into it, and mess up, only to have to throw it away! How have you overcome this? Inspire me!!!

for me, you can’t go around, you have to go through it.
i’m forty seven and when i’ve hit that dry spell i’ve realized thats just a plateau, you have to keep working that talent.

Is there a art museum near you? if so, walk around ang get reinspired.
